“Two Souls” is a painting about how love finds us in every life. Connection and love is inevitable. The red lines represent the “red string theory” and is also inspired by one of my favorite artists, Julio Galán, and his painting “Someone Else.” The location is one of my favorite spots in Pittsburgh, my home, and a place of solace for me. I often went there during covid when connection seemed so far away. This painting is a message that you are never truly alone.
